Caltex Projects         

Caltex use RU50 and SCD5200 RTUs on their  from the Sydney refinery to Newcastle.

Location : Sydney to Newcastle, NSW, Australia

Dates      : 2002 and 2013

While working for Invensys, Dave has provided specialist technical support to the Caltex SCADA team, including :-

• Development of a watchdog system to trigger an Emergency shutdown in the event of sustained communications failure
• Engineering of a new RTU of a shipping transfer station
• Assistance with redundant communications paths from a temporary Data Concentration RTU
